after the second day in taiwan where i got to see the recording of the show, everything else was just mehhh. okay la, still awesome but nothing can compare la please. this is joelle choong talking. the rest of the trip was still awesome for the family.

i get to watch 百分百on tv everyday i was there cause the hotel has all the local cable stations. it's so awesome getting to watch it on a big screen instead of on youtube all the time.

the first night we got there, i switched on the tv and saw this. hospitality level: asian.

this is the toilet control system. took me 10 minutes to find the FLUSH button. (cause i was looking around the side of the toilet where the flush is usually located -.-)

next morning's breakfast at 7-11. told you i could survive on convenient store food. this is economy rice. taste 100x better than any 'zhap fan'. costs 50TWD which is rm5

went to taipei101 next. the weather was quite bad so we didn't go up the tower. instead we had lunch at the food court. look! COLD STONE :D

the guy was so nice he gave us a free cup of ice cream which cost 250TWD which is rm25! awesomest ice cream! better than ben and jerry's please!

RAOHE NIGHT MARKET! hello there show lo! (i lost count)

had dinner at the night market. this is herbal chicken mee sua. i didnt like it cause it had this very strong ginger taste.

this is called 'BA WAN' or 'rou wan' which literally means meatball. its kinda like a meatball wrapped in a dumpling skin. something like that? haha tastes very... interesting.

bubble milk tea from raohe night market! see the cup even longer than my face. cost only 30TWD. this one not so nice, got nicer one. wait ah.

next morning felt abit sick due to all the nonsense i ate at the night market.

NATIONAL PALACE MUSEUM! it's not for young people la, unless you're interested in chinese history. the father insisted on going there. waste of time i would say. ended up sitting in the palace's restaurant.

THIS! BEST BUBBLE TEA IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD! found inside the palace museum! they only serve it there, no dapao. pearls were there right texture and the tea! omg! i dono how to describe it to you. chatime and gongcha is nothing compared to this :)

finally we found our way to SHILIN NIGHT MARKET!

apparently they only shifted to this new location recently so many stores weren't open yet.

this is how they sell fruits in taiwan. in cups! and one cup cost 100TWD. these strawberries were so delicious! the person who were selling them insisted we pour some condensed milk over them. abit weird la but nice :)

last day in taiwan. our flight was at 11.45pm so we still had one full day to walk around. went back to taipei101 to try our luck. weather seemed better to we were going up to the top of the tower!

this is a translation device. you go to a certain spot and press a certain number then listen to it like how you do a phone. i got the english translation because i was too lazy to read all the descriptions on the walls.

okay the damper baby is the mascot for the wind damper inside taipei 101. it's that big yell ball thing behind. it's very heavy and keeps the tower from swaying.

went back to XiMenDing to look for food, because i couldn't find Ah Zhong Mee Sua on the first 2 times we went there. did research before going to taiwan and everyone said you must try this mee sua. so disappointed i couldn't find it. there were alot of people there that day, some celebrity was having a meet and greet session. didn't know who it was so didn't bother. went to scout for my mee sua!

parent got tired of walking so they went to starbucks. me and bro walk around abit and went to STAGE again. then suddenly we saw alot of people lining up for something. then tadahhh! found it!! mee sua!

like i said, when in doubt, follow the crowd! HAHA didn't know why i could't find the shop before! this mee sua doesn't have oysters but pig intestines instead. really lives up to its name! best mee sua!

also went to WuFenPu which is a wholesale place for people to buy clothes in bulk. bought a few sweaters there. still think shopping in XiMenDing is cheaper. no pictures of the place though. was busy looking for cheap clothes :) also very few pictures of Shilin Night Market cause we were too busy eating.

definitely a place to go back to one day. next time i wanna travel the whole taiwan and not just the city.

the one place i've always wanted to go! the one place i have been dreaming about for a very long time! i know it sounds very exaggerated but it's true! always watch taiwan shows and dramas and whatnot, and now i can proudly say I'VE BEEN TO TAIWAN :D

we purposely squeezed our last minute holiday into my very tight schedule because i was starting my internship on the 9th of january.

2nd january 2012
the plane ride there was horrible. air asia meh. food not nice summore. i actually like airplane food, i think it's cute the way it comes in a foil/plastic box thingy.

first meal after touchdown! ready-cooked-microwavable food from FAMILY MART!

FAMILY MART and 7-11 in taiwan are the best in the whole wide world. haha, we had 3 whole meals at these convenient stores, because firstly it's super cheap, secondly cause we didn't really know how to order food at restaurants. and also because i had to translate everything so might as well eat at 7-11! &&&THE FOOOD IS GOOOD SERIOUSLY!

OH OH! going to taiwan, i had no hopes whatsoever in seeing my show lo. but when we were still at the airport in KL, i got a call (okay, this is not how it happened, i'm just laying it out in a way you will understand me) from a friend in taiwan saying that there was going to be a 100% entertainment recording session on the 3rd, which was the next day!

i totally didn't give a shit about the itinerary i planned for the next day and told my parents i was going to the recording! die die also must go! so we screwed the plans for the next day and the whole family went with me to the tv station. (awww ♥) brought my brother along as you can see, yes he went inside with me!

3rd january 2012
it's quite easy to travel around in taipei, the mrt can take you everywhere. but you also have to walk quite abit to your exact destination.

at starbucks outside GTV because we were early. we actually saw Hu Die Jie Jie come out of a cab and walk inside. gavin wanted to run across the road to take a picture with her but then i told him by the time you cross the street she'll be inside already.

we had to line up outside with the other people and wait for someone to take us in.

we're not allowed to take photos or record anything cause it's going to be aired on tv but it hasnt been aired yet. but look! just snapped this photo to commemorate this enchanted magical moment. HAHAHAH once in a lifetime chance. come on, how often do you get to be on an actually set? somemore is Yu Le Bai Fen Bai! favourite show hosted by my favourite person!

we were sitting in the FRONT ROW. so show lo's ass was facing me most of the time! i'll show you a video when this episode airs! :D my face here cmi but i don't care! took this picture right before they said please turn off your phones.

awesome experience! haha it's also good for my line of business. i got to see how a tv station looks like and how they work!

he just had to take a photo with this girl. he says she's hot. we went around like stalkers trying to find a good opportunity to ask for a photo. she was in the studio too :)

the parents were waiting for us at MOS burger! it's like how mcd is in m'sia. everywhere you go you see MOS BURGER. it's so delicious! i remember taking photos of the burger but i can't seem to find them -.- anyways just imagine la! and they also have one burgur made out of rice! as in the buns are rice! kinda like a ball of rice covering some meat. HAHA sounds weird but is NAISEEE :9

btw, this MOS BURGER was 3 streets and 5 mrt stations away from where we were. so the brother and i walked three streets and took the mrt 5 stations away and crossed another street before we found the parents. haha mind you, we had no map. i is awesome :)

after that epic adventure, we headed over to XiMenDing! it's like the bukit bintang of taipei, but 1000x better than what you get here in KL.

after i calmed down from my ecstatic-ness from running up and down inside STAGE, we went to scout for dinner. was looking out for 'Ah Zhong Mee Sua' that i've been hearing about from friends and family and they say it's a must try. couldn't find it :( ended up in a little shop crowded with hungry customers. in a foreign country and have no idea what's good to eat? i say 'when in doubt, follow the crowd!' and true enough, it was the best meal we had in taiwan!

authentic 卤肉反！this is damn good! nothing like those cipalak ones you find here.

in the spirit of christmas, i shall blog about food :) because that's what christmas is all about, no?
actually i'm just doing this to make you hungry and hate me for the rest of your lives.

LOTABLE @Lavender. you know the new bakery in ou near johnny's steamboat, just walk straight in and tadahh!

went there for my mommy's early birthday dinner with the whole family. i forgot what most of the dishes are called though, so some i simply say wan ah, don't take me too seriously :)

summer fruit salad with pine nuts, strawberries and mandarin oranges. this i rate 11/10.

wild mushroom soup with garlic bread. made from real mushrooms and not those powder-soup things. not bad la, but i think mushroom soup taste the same no matter which restaurant you go to.

something truffle something fettuccine. i really forgot what this is called. it's nice if you like carbonara, but i find it too cheesy and feel like puking after the 2nd bite. only ordered it because it had the word 'truffle' in it. 5/10

duck and mushroom 'fat noodles'. this is like some chinese-style pasta, with gravy and all. not bad but i think pasta is should be more italian and not chinese.

Mediterranean rice with seafood skewers. no comment, because i don't like rice nor seafood.

lobster fettucine. got this fishy smell, nice if you like the taste of the ocean. most expensive dish on the menu. not worth it la.

chocolate log cake. ordered it because the reindeer is doing a split! no other reason :)

tiramisu. i don't like coffee but according to the parents, it's aweesommmeee :)

seafood ramen from hokkaido sushi :) looks very mehh in the menu, but it's soo goood! new favourite!

it was just me and mommy, the bro is in china and the father was at some other christmas party.
wanted to try out the new restaurant that replaced Jack's Place. it's called CHICAGO. famous for their pork ribs.

ordered the dinner set to share, and a starter but ended up not finishing everything. big portions!

the starter plate. comes with lasagna, chips, buffalo wings and baked potato skins. it's already a meal on it's own. of course we didn't know that when we first ordered it.

and of course chips must come with DIP!

the main course. honey garlic pork ribs, sides of coleslaw and mash potatoes. the meat literally falls off the bone! it's so tender and juicy! best (pork)ribs ever! :)

the set came with dessert, chocolate brownie with ice cream. not a big chocolate fan, therefore no comment :)

i spend alot of money on iphone covers, much more than an average iphone user would spend. (if you didn't already know that) i've recently been ordering covers online because i find them cheaper than the store-bought ones and also because i rarely see nice ones in stores but surprisingly i can get them online. (even more surprising, most of them are from facebook!)

people with iphones, you know how i feel!!

this was the starter plate or something like that, it had 3 different stuffs(?) on it and you see the sauce there, orgasmic sauce. until today i have no clue what was in the sauce. it's goooood, that's all you need to know :)

foo jing hui's bbq special-sauce chicken! don't know what it's called but this is awesome also! it doesn't look like much but aaaahhhh! it's not like anything you've ever tasted before, unless of course you've tried this dish in chilis, i think it's the special sauce, so delicious can die!

miss sandra's lamb chop with mash potatoes and steamed veggies! she was struggling to cut the lamb because the meat was so chewy/tough that in the end, she gave up and didn't finish it. the mash potatoes on the other hand are to die for! so yummy omg!

cecilia yeow's monstrous burger and fries! look, there's ham, cheese, onion rings, tomatoes and of course the burger! giving carl's jr a run for their money! just the look of it makes me hungry! and the fries, omg the fries! who can resist fries?

I went to their mini autograph session at the Curve on friday. they are super nice, and soooo adorable omg :3

i also went to their concert last night at PWTC. so worth my 150 ringgit because we had front row seats! literally 5 feet from the stage! credits to Sid Fong for all the photos from here onwards. The opening acts for Jayesslee were pretty awesome!

hello there! i don't update my blog how i used to anymore, because my life is so boring and if i update everyday, all you'll read is 'aiyo i'm so sleepy', 'aiya i very sien' and 'blah blah blah my hamster is so noisy'. therefore, i shall now only wait for interesting things (with pictures) to happen then i'll update :)

coincidently, something interesting happened on friday! so good for you, i'm updating now :D

side note: i don't like this new blogger editing space, so blank and... not nice.

some of my friends already know this, but i had my vocal exam last friday! wooooots! yes, i go for vocal class, also dance class, therefore combined together it's called performing arts class. i'm not allowed to publicly announce the place, because it's illegal in some way (don't ask me, i also dono). we brought cameras in and straight away they said 'if you're going to put anything up on facebook or the web, cannot be under HF name ahhh!!' i shall call it HF (Happy Faggot) here in this post but what i don't understand is the stupid name is in mostly all the photos i'm going to upload, so what the difference whether i specify the school's name or not?? mehh weird rules. better follow them anyway or i might get kicked out! hee :D

soooo, the day i plan to go early and setup, all the cars decide to come out and have a massive party and jam up the roads, which made me not so early after all. when i got there, my fellow classmates were already, like how jeenpei says it, putting their faces on.

the girls were busy getting dolled up while the boy just sat in a corner and stoned.

this is selina and david koon, the judges. selina is taiwanese and david koon is a music producer and director of HF. he was also a judge on astro talent quest a few years ago. see, banyak scary you know!

yet another monday, mondays where i have to attend class and be in a room with 20 other people and still feel lonely.

movies and tv shows lie. college life is suppose to be fun, not (fill in appropriate adjective) like this. i don't like college, never did, never will. i'd probably feel better if i had my friends in the same college, but sadly they're somewhere else. people in college are nice and all, but i feel like an outsider. i'm always somewhat in a 'different frequency' as everyone else. i don't like starting conversations with them, or rather i don't try. i don't try because i don't feel the need to. save the attention for those more needy :)

can't wait for this hell to be over. should've went to taiwan when i had the chance.

my little circle of friends got even smaller after ken left to russia. goodbyes do get easier after a while, because you learn not to say 'goodbye' but 'see you soon' instead. everyone will be back soon enough, then we can have our little gatherings again. but until then, i'm gratefully gripping on tightly to what i have left.

the only times i actually feel happy are friday nights, 3 hours of me doing what i love, surrounded by people who won't judge me. because we're all big dreamers, working towards the same goal. recently, something got me thinking, this could actually be going somewhere, this could potentially be something i want to do as a career, not that mass comm shit i've been 'learning' in college. if i could drop out of college, i would.

this is one rare emo-midnight post you may or may never see ever again. appreciate it. & with no pictures, wow, that's a first.

finally got rid of my french nails and tried the new Sally Hansen Salon Effects nail strips :D

almost cried while cutting them off. such a waste :(

tadahh! it's 45 for one box like this, 16 strips inside. i only used 5 strips for 10 fingers, so if you keep your nails short, they'll be for about 3 uses. not a one-time thing la so 45 bucks is not bad, i think :)

everyone's asking me how it works, uh i don't know how to explain it to you, so watch this!

nah :) nice right! hahahah but i'm kinda bored of them already, like how i get bored of all my other nail designs. cannot have the same nails for more than one week.

they claim to last up to 10 days so i guess i have to wait 10 days to see whether they actually so geng chao anot, after all they're just stickers ._. but it's been 6 days already, still looking good!

oh, i went to get a manicure last thursday. this was taken maybe two days after, see the edges near my skin are like peeling off a little. it's odd because now, 8 days after the manicure, they look perfectly perfect! without any peeling off or chipping.

i want to cut them already, despite them still being in good condition. i get bored of my nails really quick. i know waste moneh la, but life's too short to have the same nail design for more than one week :D also because i bought the new Sally Hansen Salon effects nail polish strips!

bought it right after i did my manicure and have been dying to try them out! it is now sitting on my desk staring at me, i calling my name... D: nyaaaaaahhh!

haven't been updating recently. nyeehh.

went up to bukit tinggi with the family (and my mom's friends) on sunday. wasn't extremely excited because i don't know my mom's friends who were also bringing their chldren, so they expect us to mingle and make new friends. weather was cooling, not very, but anything's better than what we have here in the city la. less carbon monoxide, less noise, no social life because no internet!

we stayed at some dingy apartment at bukit tinggi and had steamboat for dinner in the apartment. would you like to know more details?

ok i tell you, i ate 3 fishballs, 2 sausages, some meehoon, more fishballs, some oddly shaped meatballs. and then i drank milo from a packet, you know the one with tech horr on it, and some chinese tea. then i drank the soup from the pot because it was very yummy all infused with the tastes of all the fishball ingredients. and then after dinner we watched 'the hangover' on my laptop because the tv wasn't working, and we got to know each other better. justin is 21, eeling is 16, and eeling's brother johnson is 14. we played some board game that lasted an hour and a half. not something i would want to play ever again. then we watched the whole season of big bang theory. that was how boring it was in bukit tinggi. ok la, big bang theory was the best part of the day.

NEXT DAY, ALSO MY DAD'S BIRTHDAY, WE WENT TO GENTING. and then jinghui and edwin went to genting too! but they went to watch some show...
so the adults sat down somewhere for coffee while the kids were left to run freeeee! it's not fun going to genting with people you just only met. so wuliaooo.
but we had no choice.

then the stupid go kart at genting don't allow bags inside, so i had to stay outside to jaga bag. and the rest queued up for almost 2 hours inside, which left me alone outside for almost 2 hours.

after this, no more pics in genting, because then i was busy lining up for rides. damn freaking alot of people that day. only got to sit for 3 rides including indoors. sucked balls. ticket so expensive summore.

i went to sit for my TOEFL test this morning, had to get up at 7 freakin' am because it's all the way in KL. i thought english tests are suppose to be easy but hell no! this was one freaking hard son of a bitch test. i don't have a problem with the language la, the only thing is there's this stupid time limit where you have to rush to finish everything if not then no marks will be counted after time is up. so rush for what?! rawr. i hate you TOEFL.

they actually made everyone sign this form that said everything in the test must stay confidential and blah blah blah, cannot tell people blah blah if not you will be killed. but i don't care! i tell you now! stupid test. make me feel so stupid and that i have a horrible command of english. i know i type nonsense and bahasa pasar in my blog la, so there's no reason for you to think that my english is anywhere near international standards or whatever shits.

i don't even know why im taking the toefl test -____- i don't plan to go to the US anymore, take what test? LOLOLOL bullcrap. cause its already paid for in advance so go only lor. and it's not something you can study for also, just depends on your spontaneous skills and how well you respond.

4 and a half hours sitting there talking to a computer. nyah. make me so hungry.

after that i went to pavilion for lunch :) and then and then and then... i dono why my mommy suddenly so nice she bought me this!

so now i have 83628746 pairs of shoes +1! HAHA

i saw them in ESPRIT at sunway pyramid last week, and was thinking whether i should get them. but in the end i didn't la, no money. then today i saw them again at pavilion! IT'S A SIGN! TROLOLOL so buy only la :D mommy pay!

two days since we said goodbye to jayshen at the airport. i said i wouldn't cry but i did. no one could hold back their tears seeing him go down the escalator. i know he'll be back in ten months' time, but it just seems so far away.

i actually went to the david archuleta concert on tuesday. celia said she had free tix so what the heck :) i'm not really an archie fan because, not that i hate him, it's just... you know la.

ahahaha :D

smuggled my camera into the stadium, paparazzi lens and all, but our seats were the furthest so didn't really take good pictures. also because the stupid security guards kept flashing little green lazers at me whenever i tried to take photos.

i kinda pity david archuleta, the stadium was only slightly more than half full.

see, so far away.

but sure got reason why paparazzi lenses are called what they are.

okay la, the whole time me and celia were kinda bored, resting our heads on our arms, sort of like in a boring lecture. not that he's not good, he's awesome! but it was like listening to a cd, so flawless. buy cd and listen can already la .____.

guai lou concerts are so different from asian (artists) concerts. usually the taiwanese singers change probably six or seven outfits throughout the entire concert. but david archuleta wore the same outfit throughtout the whole 1 hour and 5 minutes (yes, very short) and it was just a simple shirt, jacket and pants. nothing fancy like the asian singers.

and he just kept singing song after song after song. not much talking to the audience, never left the stage. he's just there in front of you the whole time. so abit sien la. but oh my, he can sing!!

i don't really know what to write anymore because i don't really know much about him.

it was nice to take a break from life back home, even though it was only 3 days. 3 days of pure fun in the sun.

playing volleyball with no rules, because you don't need rules in redang.

enjoying bowls of ice kacang in the scorching hot weather.

playing mahjong when it was too hot to play on the beach.

simple things we usually do, but somewhat different because we weren't in the city anymore.

also spent a lot of time napping underneath the coconut trees.

i'm not going to blog about all the tiny details.

some things don't necessarily have to be laid out for the world to see.

i will however caption all the photos with irrelevant captions, just to show you some pictures.

because what else is there to do on an island other than take lots and lots of pictures?

besides getting a tan and coming home looking like a thai.

the sun makes you do funny and silly things.

things that you would never even think you would even try attempting.

things like dancing on tables and stripping in front of strangers.

ooops. i went too far :)

but it's okay to be silly with close friends, especially when you're on an island far away from anyone that might recognize you.

i'm glad we pulled it off, despite the extremely short notice.

don't know when we'll be able to get so many of us out together again.

how we tried to take underwater pictures but failed horribly because we kept floating to the surface.

sadly we never took a group photo, but there was one picture with everyone except me, holding the camera.

...is the place where skytrek is. please go early if you want to rent a bike.

we got there at 8.30 i think, and there were no more bikes to rent. we put our names on the waiting list and went for a stroll first, to come back and realise we had passed our turn so no bikes for us :(

didn't know there would be so many people at a place i had only recently heard of.

anyway, the stroll, more like hiking up the path that leads you to roads named 'JALAN SABAR' and 'JALAN RAJIN' because you have to be really sabar and rajin to walk all the way. everyone got tired til we reached a road called 'JALAN SYUKUR' and decided to turn back because we were syukur enough that our legs got us that far.

this is sandra telling us how she almost crashed her car or u-turn or did something illegal which i don't remember.

we went back to the starting point and hopped on a shuttle bus and went for a free ride around the park. got off the bus at a place called 'MUSHROOM PARK' that only had huge ginormous fake mushrooms instead of real mushrooms. felt abit conned la.

i show you something very scary ahh. this is how i look like with big-eye contacts on... in one eye. see the difference.

was looking through all my old photos and came across some photos from last christmas, and realised i never really blogged about it. wasn't exactly on christmas day, a few days before christmas i think, we went all the way down to pavillion because apparently it was snowing there.

can't blame us la, malaysia doesn't snow -_____- never get to see what a white christmas looks like. kinda disappointed to find out that it was all foam.

don't really remember why it was only the four of us. oh, it was jay shen's first time on the lrt. i remember now! he noob mar :) this picture is here because i think it's funny how everyone looks retarded except for ken who looks like someone murdered his dog.

flew to singapore last saturday to attend Show Lo's concert at night :) i bought the cheapest tickets (cheapest also 88SGD = RM211, mcb can buy front seats for the malaysian one lor) because i've already seen it, just wanted to see what it feel like from a different angle. by a different angle i mean waaaayy far behind somewhere lost in the crowd! luckily i had my paparazzi lens with me, best investment everr!

you see you see! it's not super clear la because i was 2138672 miles away from the stage, but still not bad!

after the concert, we followed him to the restaurant where they were having the after-party. couldn't go in so we waited outside and spyed on him through the glass doors. hahahah, sound so stalker-ish. probably around 1.30am he finally came out and went back to his hotel. followed him back to the hotel, then went back to our own hotels :D doesn't it sound like fun?

next morning we had to get up early to go to Marina Bay Sands for the... let's just call it the PARTY. oh, you know all the 'we's i've been mentioning, they're all the malaysian fans that went together to singapore. thank you Show Lo for letting me meet all these amazing new friends :)

back to Marina Bay Sands! the party! woke up early to ban leng leng :) was there at 9 and waited all the way until 1pm because Show Lo take very long to wake up and get his hair done and get his ass over there.

someone bought these files, i no money therefore i just took a picture with it! blah blah blah, went to get dressed but ended up wearing this blouse instead, because if you look at the group photo above, everyone's wearing the same damn thing, so i wanna be special!

okay, skip skip skip skip all the boring details. again, i'm so pleased with my new lens :) I LOVE YOU LENS!! :D

HAHAHA, honestly was abit pissed off la, because i was one of the coughbestcouch ones, and if he hadn't made me laugh i would have won.

although it was quite embarrasing, but HOW MANY PEOPLE GET TO DANCE IN FRONT OF THEIR IDOLS?! :DD

probably and hour later, it was my turn to go up on stage to take a photo with him :) he recognised me from the dance before. probably he recognised my bling bling blouse i was wearing (because everyone else was wearing white! hah!) but my friends said that he remembers everyone who goes up on stage to dance. summore i was quite awesome wan! hahahaha thickface!

in picture number 8, i was walking away already but he patted my shoulder and said “继续跳舞哦！加油！” which means 'continue dancing, keep up the good work!' i regret not saying anything back to him, all i said was 'oh.' .__. so stunned i couldn't speak. he freakin said something to me without having me to say something first (because that's usually how it works, he won't speak unless you tell him something)!!

the rest of the day i sat there spamming my camera with photos of him. party ended at 6pm and Mr. Lo went to Long Beach to eat black pepper crabs because he say taiwan don't have. taiwan got no seafood meh? -__- anyways, we didn't follow him there, was too worn out. went for dinner by ourselves and then went back to get a good night's rest because the next morning we had to be at the airport at 7am.

MONDAY

his flight back to taiwan was at 10.20am and my flight back to malaysia was at 11.40am. we managed to check-in our luggage earlier and went straight inside beyond the custom/immigresion (?) and waited for him.

this is us posing for the cameras on the second floor, they couldn't get in because they didn't have boarding passes like us :D i'm the one in the middle hugging my teddy btw. Show Lo was right next to us going through the customs and we didn't give a shit about him and continued taking pictures. HAHAHA

he was kinda stunned when he saw us inside, but he knew we were flying back to malaysia so he didn't bother asking. we walked him all the way to his boarding gate and waited there until he had to board the plane. no pictures because they didn't allow cameras inside. oh, while waiting to board his plane, he took out his ipad and started playing veggie samurai! -____-

after he went onto his plane, we ran like ostriches to our boarding gate, which was on the other end of the airport, FOL and almost didn't make it in time. kinda emo after he left, because i don't know when i'll be seeing him again :( oh wells, happy times must come to an end.

i went to watch the HSBL (which stands for high school basketball league; i think they could have come up with a better name) match yesterday, because gavin choong was playing. but when i got there, he was just done playing and was sitting on the bench. so technically i didn't get to see him play at all.

our kanasai moments

last saturday i met up with my fellow 'kanasai' friends whom i met during my japan homestay trip last year, minus miss tham ying hui la, cause she's my neighbour and we practically grew up together. gan was missing cause she's in redang, pfft.

we went to ou this time and had lunch at chili's (because it's the place where there's bottomless chips and drink and you can sit there for hours and hours without getting shooed) and we stayed there for holymamageesus 3 and a half hours. i don't even sit at a japanese buffet for that long!

time to make you hungry :D

ze bottomless chips which i think was only refilled once because we got so sick of it / were too full to eat anymore.

fatijas, best ever! though i have never tried any other types of fatijas. it's so full of cheesy goodness! ahaha and oh so very fattening. but i don't care!

this. i forgot what this is but i know it's some spicy honey bbq sauce chicken strips something! hahahaha. i quote mr. izzat mazuki, 'it's like nothing you ever tasted,' in a good way la :)

we had abit too much food for four people, didn't end up finishing all of it. feast betul! and there's still desert.

tadahhh! the 'volcano'! they told me even if you're super full, you still have to eat this because it's like an orgasm in your mouth. yeah, i never tried it before because i don't really like chocolate stuff, but then i tried this and now i converted! hahahahawtf.

mandatory must-camwhore-with-it shot because it's that awesome :D this is miss wong seong seong btw, my roommate when we stayed at a hotel in japan.

3 and a half hours of nonsense and jokes and bullshit! it's easier to make an egg stand up vertically than to get all five of us out together. oh wells :)

my black roots are growing out and they look very obvious and ugly, and although i told myself to wait til my hair grows longer before i do anything to it again, i dyed my hair today. with liese bubble hair dye :D it's the same colour as the one i did before.

the photo on the box con people wan lor. my hair is now brownish-red only when under the sun or under really bright lights. i shall consider bringing a lamp everywhere i go and shine it on my hair whenever possible :D

i actually won something from a radio station! so exciting! haha. even more exciting because what i won was two tickets to Show Lo's concert! ...right after i bought two tickets for celia and cassy. -___- best prize ever with the worst timing ever. if i would have bought the tickets a few hours later, i could have sold the free ones to them and earn some pocket money. this doesn't affect me in any way laa, i've already got my VVIP ticket. now i just have two tickets laying around, waiting for someone to take them off my hands.

see! proof i actually won! people have been asking me 'why you selling your tickets? why you not going?' uh, is that even a question? how can i not be going? or probably you just don't know me well enough. :D anyways, know anyone who wants tickets? please message me or get to me by any means. they're RM268 tickets.

tomorrow is the first day of my fourth semester at iact and my new schedule is screwed up. i have a 9.30-11.30 class in the morning and then the next class at 3pm. i shall go home and sleep for 3 hours and then go back to college again. noob iact.

i just got back from 'sweeping the grave' of ancestors whom i've never met before. they all either passed away before i was born or died when i was too young to remember who they were. annual ritual, whattodo?

blah blah blah. i'm lacking of pictures. my brother actually took pictures of the cemetery. i think it's very disrespectful la to do that, and it's freaky having pics of umm, dead people, in my camera.

i like checking my twitter and facebook on my phone before i go to bed. but you know, iphones like to rotate themselves whenever you hold them in a horizontal potition, according to gravity sensors or something like that. they think they're so smart rotating to accomodate the user's view of the screen. i think it's freaking annoying lor. like when i lay on my side (because i sleep like that) and hold my phone, it rotates so the screen is upright (but not upright for me because i'm on my side). so then i cannot read properly.

then i thought of a genius way to read from my phone so it won't rotate. i lay on my back and hold my phone right above my head so the screen is parallel to my face, and tadahhh! but then i cannot lay on my side anymore la wtf. still better than nothing la. i thought i was so smart until something happened...

yes, it slipped and totally hit me smack in the face =.= therefore, i now sit up and check my tweets. all iphone users out there, i confirm this happened to you before! don't lie! HAHA.
